Welcome to the Archives!

Hello! I am Revan, an undergraduate student of Microbiology. I am working on my thesis and am set to graduate this year. I like biology, outer space, horror and romance books, minimalism, gay stuff, leaf sheeps, manga, and anime. This website is a shrine for my biology enthusiasm, which is bursting at the seams these days, as well as an attempt to learn as much as I can before I graduate and have to face the 'real world'. I might go into research after all... but we shall see!

Currently I am cleaning up my code to make it more mobile-friendly. HOWEVER! I WILL NOT make the headers "archive.revanmoo", "brockrewritten.revanmoo", etc., mobile friendly. They look so ugly on desktop if I do. Like... no. LOL. You can pry my long-ass header aesthetic from my cold dead hands.
EDIT: I figured it out! LETS GOOOO!

Today I found out there is a mushroom named Spongiforma squarepantsii. It is, unfortunately, not yellow and square. It looks a lot like Spongebob's parents though!

Brock Rewritten

This is my attempt to rewrite the textbook Brock Biology of Microorganisms, 16th Edition into a format that I can actually enjoy to reread, in preparation for my board exam. It's an attempt to process the information in a fun way. I'm AuHD, so it's going to be filled with references and tangents and may be a little weird... Also: I will write for my future self, so I will not talk very long about topics I already understand. You have been warned.

Uni Notes

This section has now been turned into a place where I could brain dump all of my notes (Reminder: I am in my last year in Microbiology undergrad). It have been unfortunately reminded that I am quite weak in the executive functioning department, and so I must work with some kind of accountability in order to actually do my shit. I know nobody reads this blog anyway, so I might as well, right? Note that this is written with the idea that I will be the one rereading. That's all!
